Customer Service is the essential activity of any organisation in dealing with their customers, including people with impairments.


I have had a wide range of direct experiences of using the customer services of many organisations, some very good and some bad.


I have worked with many organisations to improve their customer services, particularly in terms of providing good customer service to people with a range of communication difficulties.


I have been involved in producing a customer training video for a major bank, Barclays Bank, looking at how call centres can better handle the needs of people with a speech impairment.


I believe the making customers service more accessible to people with a wide range of impairments and difficulties makes good business sense, improving how satisfied all customers are. 


I can provide a range of consultancy and training services that assist an organisation in improving their customer services to meet the needs of a wide range of users.
