My mission in life and work is to make an active contribution to supporting people with significant and others maximise their life opportunities and experiences as empowered citizens through all my activities

Core Values

* Individual’s background and beliefs should be respected regardless

* Everyone has the freedom to express their own viewpoint in a manner respectful to others

* No individual has the right to force their opinions onto anyone else

* Individuals shown take responsibility to their actions

* Dysability is a social issue, not a health one

Hate Crime

I believe in the following;

  1. Impairment related hate crime is not as simply as specific people and organisations wish it to be portrayed

  2. That any crime against people with impairments should be treated properly as a crime, like it would if the person was not impaired

  3. The bullying and other non-criminal abuse of people with impairments is unacceptable

  4. It is important the notion of hate crime is not used to turn people with impairments into victims

  5. The notion of hate crime should not be used to deny someone free speech in discussing dysability issues

  6. People with impairments and others should be enabled and empowered not to become victims of bullying

  7. User led and other charities should not be permitted to use the notion of hate crime for political or financial gain by the disempowering of people with impairments

  8. That people with impairments are more likely to have their rights violated by supposed acts of goodwill and best interest

  9. Hate crime should never be used to legitimise or excuse the murder of people with impairments by their family or others

  10. People with impairments should not be brainwashed to become over-senitive to the actions of others but should have a good understand of what is acceptable and what is not

Human Potential

  • I believe, as a matter of faith, in the human potential of every person in the world regardless of their background, situation or level of impairment.

  • I believe it is unfair and unjust for another person to judge someone as unfit for 'work' in the widest sense of the meaning in terms of making any meaningful contribution to society. 

  • Everyone has the human potential to succeed in their own way however small others may perceive it to be and people should be encourage and supported to reach their full potential. 

  • I believe anyone who is unwilling to accept the human potential of every person is a traitor to the full inclusion of disabled people and should be labelled accordingly.

Welfare Reforms

I believe in the following;

  1. The welfare reforms are a necessary first step in the social inclusion of people with 

  2. The government is not implementing the reforms as successfully or properly as they could

  3. The reforms are compatible with the social model and the need for people with impairments to take responsibility

  4. That many user led and other charities are deliberately misleading people with impairments on the reforms for political and financial gain

  5. The attacks of the reforms are portraying people with impairments as worthless victims of society which is seriously damages their chances of being included in society

  6. The current welfare state is failing disabled people in terms of inclusion and it is incorrect to believe it is working

  7. In the long term, compensation benefits like DLA/PIP should be replaced by personalised payment based on actual need in perform specific outcomes

  8. In the last 20 years, the definition of disability in terms of benefits has been stretched to a point which it is use to abuse the system by stating impairment as disability

  9. The government must focus on real need and not on any political correct notion of human rights

  10. That people will adapt to the reforms and the reality of the situation is going to be much less worse than what some people are claiming

I regard my SUPPLIERS as essential team members…I owe my suppliers the same type of respect that I show to my customers. My suppliers deserve fair and equitable treatment, clear agreements and honest feedback on performance. I consider our suppliers’ needs in conducting all aspects of my business.
